  Group Registration Deadline is October 2nd, 2026, Registrations may be transferred to another individual upon written request by the original registrant. To request a transfer, please email our conference team at conference@namica.org no later than two weeks prior to the conference. 

No refunds will be given after September 30th , 2026 - No Exceptions. There is a $35.00 cancellation fee.
